I am only 12 years old and are attending the Dodge City , Kansas model train and model car show either this year or maybe next year I don’t know yet but I will update when I know . I will have all the fake grass or buildings by november of 2011 to make the cars and the town with the trains look real. Plz comment if you like or have advice for me . Fred’s Pick Of The Week” Ertl 1/16 Replica John Deere 620 Gold Plated Tractor

This is an interesting and historical replica tractor. It may very well be one of the first of a very small group of 6-12 gold tractors for John Deere or any other tractor manufacture. The gold tractors were created by a process called “vacuum metalizing” which has to do with electro deposition vs. tank-type acid plating. The metalizing process does not distroy details with heavy deposits on sharp edges and leaves a cleaner, sharper finished product. It has long been referred to as “plating” by collectors and others. Lane Yenko Camaros, an Ertl Yenko Chevelle, and a Rare Surprise!

Featured in this video are a collection of four 1/18th scale muscle car collectibles produced by various diecast manufacturers. There are two Lane Exact Detail detail pieces; 1967 and 1968 Yenko SS 427 Camaros, and a 1969 Yenko Chevelle produced by Ertl. All three of these are Supercar Collectibles produced in a very limited run. Lastly, Bob shows us the first release of the “Tom’s Garage” series from 2005 crafted by GMP. This is one of only 228 highly detailed GTO Judges and it’s still wrapped in plastic. so it’s in incredible condition!
